Hi,

As J. Stuckle says, it might be a better idea to buy a reference book on
HTML. I have a fat Wrox Press book (on PHP 4) which is quite complete, and
that I hardly ever look at.

My PHP manual is in CHM format. I have installed a little utility called PHP
Creator, that installs as a Windows printer. I tested selecting a section
(III. Language Reference), and sending it to print. It produced a 147 pages
PDF file that doesn't include page breaks on every new theme, but is pretty
understandable when read on screen (of course, I didn't actually print it).
