Looks like the company that made it is gone - <http://phparena.com> is
a parked domain now.

Scratch that - <http://phparena.net> is parked. The .com is still there,
but it's in a language I don't speak, so it's not obvious to me whether
it has anything to do with the pa* PHP scripts.

Did you try that link? It didn't work for me, and the "Mirror1" link on
the download page leads to a "parked" domain.
