Windows binaries for the SAM (Simple Asynchronous Messaging for PHP) extension [message #174735]

I'd like to use the Simple Asynchronous Messaging for PHP package on
http://pecl.php.net/package/SAM but I haven't been able to compile the
required .dll's for Windows.

The binaries that are available on
http://project-sam.awardspace.com/downloads.htm are for older versions
of PHP and they seem to be for the thread-safe version of PHP.

I'd like to use this package with the non-thread-safe version of PHP
5.3.

Has anybody got the windows non-thread-safe binaries for this project
?
