If you can copy and paste into HTML and you can follow simple
instructions...
You Can Learn Interactive PHP!

This incredible book by Robert Plank takes you step by step, teaching
you how to:

Easily personalize your pages.
Make easy .htaccess code for yourself.
Code games, quizzes & other lead-building tools.
Create an autoresponder.
Mix JavaScript with PHP for a powerful combination.

If you really want that sort of thing, use the established standards located
at:
http://php.net/manual/en/index.php for the PHP Manual (complete &
multi-revs)

and/or
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W3Schools which has many tutorials and samples
with complete explanations and is rich with links to other good sites.

None of the OP's list is anythng new nor very useful; in fact, the 4th item
can get you listed as a spammer. See the two links I placed above here;
autoresponders are covered.
I'm only a user and reader of those sites; nothing else to do with them.

HTH,

Twayne`
