I think my ISP changed something. When I request this URL I get a
thumbnail image as expected...

http://127.0.0.1/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-legacy/wp-legacy-thumbnail .php?f(./images/grave-bales-p-w.jpg)+w(75)+q(50)

But when I request it on my ISP...

http://kowallekfamily.com/wp-legacy/wp-content/plugins/wp-legacy/wp-legacy- thumbnail.php?f(./images/grave-bales-p-w.jpg)+w(75)+q(50)

I get nothing. It doesn't even appear to get into the
wp-legacy-thumbnail.php code (an error_log(...) statement never gets
written). If I just request...

http://kowallekfamily.com/wp-legacy/wp-content/plugins/wp-legacy/wp-legacy- thumbnail.php

I do see the message in the error_log.

This used to work. Any idea which php config setting might cause this?
Or could it be something else like Apache?
