somewhere in my code (its a lot of code, wordpress) I have echo'd an
array, probly trying to troubleshoot something. Pretty sure its not
in my theme, as its happening before any of the theme loads, ie,
before the <!doctype> Anyway, i'm hoping i can set error reporting to
notify me that i'm trying to echo an array, so that i can remove it.

Nope. No way.

Your best bet is to get a tool which can search multiple files, i.e.
grep (you can find it on Windows, also). I don't know wordpress, but if
it's like some other CMS's and keeps code in the database, you'd have to
search the database also (not hard with a SELECT statement).
