When you edit the MIME types a mysql error will show up. Just missing the table in the database.
Query Failed: SELECT * FROM fud_mime WHERE id=38
Reason: Table 'forum.fud_mime' doesn't exist
From: /home/httpd/html/forum/adm/admmime.php
Server Version: 3.23.47

I confirm. Does the same thing on my server too:
Query Failed: SELECT * FROM fud_mime WHERE id=1
Reason: Table 'db_ken.fud_mime' doesn't exist

Thank you for the report.
Fixed in latestg CVS.
Affected file is mime_adm.inc, you can grab it from the CVS and replace yours with it. No other action is necessary.
