The emails of users appear in pages User Info. I don't want them to be shown because spam bots can collect them...

Instead of "user(at)server(dot)com" I want something like "user at server dot com", for example.

I import all the 977 messages from a mailman MBOX. There is a lot of users. So I don't want to do it manually for each message.

Any idea?

You can make profiles invisible to other than registered users. Is that a solution?

Disabling of profile view by anon users will in fact solve the problem. The alternative that the "display email" option is set to NO for all those users.

Thank you, I didn't see this option.

Meanwhile, I modify the source of theme/default/usrinfo.php in order to add nospam like this: "nospam(dot)user(at)server(dot)org(dot)nospam".

Your solution is better.

I don't think adding "nospam.[address].nospam" will be of any use. If spambots are clever they will interprete such simple schemes and sniff the address anyhow. That would be the way I'd implement it so I suppose others already has done it.
