Depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for a book on PHP
and MySQL, I don't think this is it. If you're looking for a book on
Twilio API, then you should ask in a group related to Twilio. There
aren't many (if any) here.

Canada, and the OP is posting from Croatia. It seems less likely they

Yes, the IP is from India. But India isn't big in marketing like they
are in programming. I could be wrong, but I really don't see a connection.
