its not the questions, it the length of time he has been asking the same
terrfyngly newbie questions and ignoring all advice to the point of
painting himself as fundamentally honestly genuinely retarded, or just
an idle programmer who is trolling around irritating people becaus he
had a bad day at the office by inventing a PFY personality.
