How does fudforum match users for the mail it receives. My email client Display name is the same as my full name in egw. Strangely enough egw does not ask for email for new users!

I am using egroupware and currently all the mails that I send from email dont get attributed to me.

Please advise.

Hey,

I figured this out. Was simple. The fud_users table under egw has an email col. That col has improper email ids since egw doesnt ask for emails.

I manually set my email ID there and my email posts began gettign attributed to me.

There seem to be tons of integration issues like these between egw and fudforum. i am sure these will get resolved as we move forward.
