I don't see any way to edit or revise my User Contributed Note on php.net.
Is there a way?

AFAIK, no. You may consider to contact php-webmaster(at)lists(dot)php(dot)net or

I don't think so - all you can do is add another note with a correction.
But you're probably better off asking in one of the documentation email
lists on php.net.
