I see that Theme Editor permit you to modify some forum layout. I ask if is possibile to add FirstName and LastName user's with Posts, Registered info, etc...

Which template can I modify?
Is this modify globally for all my topics?!

Depends where you want to display this information and it's available in the scope you are trying to use it in.

now I resolv this renaming the filed Location with the Message Editor. Instead Location I force to view "User" label.

It works for me.
