Another small bug fix release, that should hopefuly put is in a position to release the 2.6.5 final next week.

Changes:
  1. Implemented smiley cache, and improved the replacement speed.
  2. Updated German Help/FAQ.
  3. Fixed a bug resulting in a loss of some account values.
  4. Fixed JavaScript warning on the group manager.
  5. Optimize icon display code.
  6. Added [del] tag.
  7. Fixed incorrect file paths inside message compactor.
  8. Fixed incorrect variable names in French & Italian translations.
  9. Eliminate separate log for failed handling of file attachments.
  10. Make sure nntp & mailing list script do not need the sessions file.
  11. Fixed a theme compiler bug when a variable is immidiately followed by a '.'.
  12. Moved dates formats out of msg files into common date format holder.
  13. For messages imported from nttp & mailing list convert foreign charset into the forum's charset whenever possible.
  14. Fixed possible error on split & merge thread pages where non-name forums are available.
