Hello

I would like to change my forum URL from something like
http://www.blabla.com/forum_here/
to
http://www.blabla.com/forum/

What steps (and in which order) should I perform ?

From what I could read here, I need to tamper with the cookie settings and things like that... Can someone write me simple step-by-step instructions ?

You need to modify the Cookie Path value via the admin control panel.
