I did a consitancy check and a rebuild and now my server returns:
Fatal error: SQL Error has occurred, please contact the administrator of the forum and have them review the forum's SQL
query log in fuddir/index.php on line 49

sql_errors file contains lines like:

That scares me as it implies a fix would delete all my users.

Any ideas? My forum is now offline.

Well myisamchk -r on the broke files fixed it.
I must say I was worried about running that as it looked like it would delete the records! Rolling Eyes
