ok here is the deal i got everything up and running but i can't change and user setting and people get errors when they register but it still says they are registered when you goto the forum, most of it has to do i am sure with win2k permissions if anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it
newest stable Mysql, Newest PHP and also 1.2.7 of fud

i setup folders with full control just while i was doing setup but after the instll i still can't access anyhting and can't write, even though full control is permissions, i would appreciate maybe a full steb by step guide for win2k
