Hallo,

sometimes the user info doesn't work and sometimes it does. When it doesn't it shows me that 0 users, 0 unvisible an 0 guest are on the board, even when I'm logged in. It also doesn't show my name as a logged in registered user then.

Anyone an idea what the reason could be?

because the data is cached, you are not looking @ the real time data.

Where is it cached? Inside the forum? I emptied my browser's cache and it doesn't show me the users anyway.
How can I fix it? It seems to me that this support-forum doesn't have this problem...

It's cached by the forum, you can change the cache age in the global control panel of the forum.

I reduced it from 600 to 30 (for testing). However - It still doesn't work.

Hello,

the cache hasn't been the reason for this. I've set it to 0 and found no changes.
But... I noticed, that I had set the "Logged In Users List Timeout" to 0 somewhen before Embarassed
... so it was my mistake. Sorry!

Thanks for your help - At least I know that the forum caches, too Wink
