Hallo,
I have a problem while uploading one or more pictures and it seems to be in relation with having PATH_INFO on. Everythings seems to work fine while uploading the picture, but when I display the thread, the forum doesn't show the picture to me.
I also noticed, that the link is different (path_info-like) to that of the users where this thing seems to work:

The strange thing is, that this effects only some users. I've tried it in different browsers and logged in as another user and there it worked well. It also seems, that my obviously broken pictures seem (but I'm not sure) to display on other user's account.
I also had the suspection that it is a MIME-prob, because IE only shows me binary code, if I _only_ display the uploaded picture.
Is it a problem with MIME, PATH_INFO or what else is it? And how can I fix it?

Try a different browser, if it works in a different browser it is likely to be an IE specific bug. That said I cannot replicate the bug here, with IE 6.0 on win xp or any other browser at my disposal.
