How can one send one message to more than 1 forum at once? We have 16 different forums for, say, different groups of people. And writing the same message to all forums 16 times takes a lit of time... Is there an easier way? Mass email is not the case, for I need to do messaging rather than emailing to them...

The admin control panel allows you to post a multi-forum announcement.

Not exactly what is needed. An announcement is not a regular topic, it can't be replied and will disappear in scheduled time.

My supposition is to make regular topics from one logged in person to many forums, so that the topics can be discussed as if they were written separately. Would it be possible to include this in future release, for my understanding it's only a matter of duplicating message bodies a number of times...

Not really, it'll require a lot of special case code.
