Now that 4.1 is considered stable, are there any gotchas I should consider before upgrading? I am particularly concerned with the interaction between FUDforum and MySQL.

Just because MySQL devs say something is stable it does mean it really is. I'd avoid 4.1 tree until there are @ least 10 release as of the stable release.

That said as long as you are using latest FUDforum 2.6.8RC1 and MySQL 4.1.6 or higher you should be ok.
