will it provide a seamless upgrade to those that has installed version 1.0? Would my database of records and postings be lost? Question

The install script, will not destroy any data you already have.

I am almost done with the todo list for 1.1.0, the are only 2 things left to do, the conditional greetings statement and the code to allow the admin to enable the "who's online" list on every page.

If all goes well, we should have the upgrade script tomorrow, at which point we will release 1.1.0 RC1.
