Hmmm. It appears my distribution has no command-line php. This means that I can't get the mailing-list integration working.

Anyone got any ideas how to work around this? Or know where I can get a version of PHP 4.3 with /usr/bin/php for a Cobalt RaQ4? Building it myself is not an option - this box is *far* too out-of-date to have the necessary dev files ;-(

Other then installing PHP the only other solution is to modify the import script to work via the web and accept the message and the import id via POST and then use cURL to submit this data to a web script.

I was hoping there'd be something like that.

Next up - got any pointers on how to do something like that? Or even what to read so that I understand what you just posted? *grin*

Well, it not a very complicated process.

Right now the script takes 1 argument via the command line which is the import id and the message is piped to the script. You;'d need to modify it to get the id via $_POST['id'] and the message from $_POST['message'].

Other then that you'd need to make sure that the GLOBALS.php can be found by the script (easiest way is to put the script inside the forum's main web dir).

The last part which is a little tricky is writing a shell script that would use curl binary get the message and import id and compose a POST request for the import script.
