Installation and admin went smoothly.

But, added forums won't display and the icons for new topics are not present so messages cannot be added.

User registration, email notification, etc. are all fine.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Also, the confirmation code is in upper case, but only works if you enter it in lower case - is this a "bug" or a "feature"?

Very Happy
Thanks,
FrankH

What version did you install?

The turing test is case insensetive, the forum code will automatically convert any specified input to upper case.

Thank you.

It's the current version, downloaded yesterday, 2.6.8

The forums won't display - all we see is the top level category.

Also, the new user registration rejected several attempts to register until the code was entered in lower case.

Don't know if this makes any difference, but we're using postgres...

I'll check 2.6.8 with PostgreSQL in a moment, however the turing check has nothing to do with the database system. On my test system as long as the letters match case does not matter.

What locale are you using with your forum?

I've just installed latest version of FUDforum on PostgreSQL 7.4 and it didn't have any problems either with category ordering or turing validation.

Here is the link to the installer (you can install right over the current install) that I've used which installs latest FUDforum.

Don't know what to say... could you give me admin access to that forum and I'll take a look.
