Disabling PDF of whole forum doesn't disable [message #21822]

Just upgraded from 2.6.8 to 2.6.9

Under "PDF Output Configuration" I have set "Complete Forum Output: " to No.

But if I enter a forum, without entering a thread, there is a link displayed "Generate printable PDF" and if I click on that then a pdf of the whole forum is generated.
