Do any commandline utilities exist for management of the forum? i.e. tools to add/remove users or forums or adjust permissions.

I am using FUD primarily as a mailing list gateway (well, I'm about to use it Wink ) and I would very much like to add users and create forums based on data in another database, but it will quickly become difficult to do it all manually.
