You are a user with the administrator flag set. If you want to change some values at a profile of a different user, you have to fill in the root password. Wouldn't it be more useful to fill in the password of the (admin)user which you are logged in at the moment?

When the admin is editing a user's profile the password they need to enter con confirm the change is their own password.
