If you are going to flame, have the common courtesy to actually create an account so people can respond to your comments.

As for smilies, yes they were taken from phpBB2, but they are GPL hence CAN and WILL be taken by anyone who wants to use them as long as the licence is maintained. This is a the nature of GPL, enjoy Smile
