I guess it helps if I search first. I just now found someone else already reported this and the 2.6.10 release candidate fixes it.

Oddly, my attempt to upgrade to 2.6.10 rc1 isn't working. It redirects to "http://upgrade_safe.php" which is an invalid/non-existent domain when I try to load my "upgrade.php" in my webroot.

Really? That's unusual, what browser are you using?

Meanwhile you can run the upgrade script by running upgrade_safe.php from the same dir as the upgrade.php can be found in.
