If you delete a forum moderator, the moderator appears even after deletion at the main-page. The only possibility to delete that entry is to add a user with the same name, set the moderation-flag, delete the moderation-flag again and delete afterward the user.
I noticed this situation at version 1.2.7.

Cannot replicate this bug using 1.2.8 please upgrade to this version and see if the bug persists.

Fixed, the bug actually affected both 1.2.8 and 1.9.8 betas.
The 1.9.8 release made today already has the fix for the problem. The same bug in 1.2.8 has been just fixed.
The affected file for 1.2.8 release is users_adm.inc
