since i updated to 2.6.9 i have a problem with the german "umlaut" (äüö)

in the admin panel, the Category and Forum names are shown with the "umlauts" like "Schulfächer"

in the normal forum the are showed wrong "Schulfächer"

i think the both should look like ä for ä and so on ...

To allow maximum flexbility, like the ability to embed HTML into forum names/descriptions the names of the forums on the front page are not encoded into HTML entities.
