SQ URL parameter uses "?" after other parameters when logging in to view a private message [message #23513]

I noticed that if I get a new private message notification email and then click the link in that email and then login to my forum, that an "SQ" parameter on the URL line has a "?" mark before it when it is after parameters such as "t" and "id". Shouldn't all parameters after the first one have "&" before their names?
