'Welcome to forums' message [message #23580]

"Welcome to forums' appears in title bar when in the home of the forum.

Anyone know where I can edit this? I see it is index.php but is it stored in a template or the database? I cannot seem to find it and are not sure if I will create problems if I edit index.php.

go to "Admin Control Panel"->"Template Editor"->select your template set->click on "[+]index.tmpl"->click on ">>index_title"-> in right cell click on "Edit Text Messages"
