how do i disable the option upload files while doing post reply?

hmm, but still the upload option is visible

just i dont want to show it there

basically,

now i am running bugzilla in the same machine, i am getting afraid to upgrade the php version, but this upload option is still giving me the error

"Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /var/www/html/egroupware/fudforum/3814588639/theme/default/getfile.php on line 123"

line 123 is like this
