Someone on my small forum must leave up the browser and views the same topic over and over or has it on auto refresh. So now I have one topic that has thousands of views. Is there or could there be a setting that if IP address 1.2.3.4 refreshes the topic 100 times in one minute it will only count as one. Same IP address cannot raise the view number unless they are 15 or "n" minutes apart in a configuration setting?

It's a minor thing. Very minor. Just a thought.
