Besides that trsahpenguenb.ttf seems to be corrupted in CVS, this "TrSah Penguin Bold" font used in button graphics is definately a plagiarism of Peignot Bold font owned by Linotype.
I suggest switching over to a free font with a known provenience and a convenient license such as Bitstream Vera (doesn't look thrilling but is safe to use and to include in own software packages).
Edit:
trsahpenguenb.ttf only seems to be corrupted on asuka.prohost.org CVS, not on cvs.prohost.org CVS.
Which CVSROOT is the right one?
