Each time i try, on my forum or here (both 2.6.13), to change the time zone it fails.
I choose "Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris DST" and each time after validating time zone returns to "Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome etc."
I tried with the default and french themes.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams ... glitter in the dark near Tanhauser Gate. All those ... moments will be lost ... in time, like tears ... in rain. Time ... to die.

Fixed in CVS, there was a bug causing win32 timezones to be selected for *nix.

I did it but noting was changed.
Server Time Zone: is not working. Forexample I am setting istanbul but time and dating is wrong. I don't have any problem in 2.6.11 version but when I update 2.6.13 the problems was start. I don't know what can I do.
