Blank page instead of Forum welcome page [message #25668]

I don't know what I've done now but when I try to go to my forum, all I get is a blank white page. The status says done in the status bar.

The are two things that I can think of that might help determine what I've done.

I created a new template and a new theme using the control panel designed for that purpose
I was working in the forum when I recieved an email that a new user had registered. Instead of using my already open browser, I clicked on the link in the email. I brought up a second browser window with the account approval screen. When I clicked to approve the account, that's when I first saw the white screen.

Did I completely destroy my installation again?

I tried restarting the MySQL service and that didn't work so I completely rebooted the server. Still no luck.

Any help is definitely appreciated!

It looks like it was the themes thing. Instead of creating a second theme directory called test like I thought I was doing, I renamed the default theme directory to test. I did it within the the themes editor but I guess I still screwed something up.
I was able to copy the default themes directory from a BACKUP I made (YEAH!!!!).

Man, I was panicking again.

At any rate, it seems to be okay now.

Ilia, do you have any mechanism for us to donate to you? I don't plan on using any of your paid services but I sure feel you deserve to be compensated in some way. Maybe through Paypal or something?
