Let's say you create a quote like the following.

http://www.example.com/

This is a quote from some page on example.com. The title should be a link to the page as defined by {quote=http://www.example.com/}.

It works just fine on the initial post; it creates the appropriate link in the quote title. However, every time the post is edited the title gets really messed up. It is hard to describe other than to say the link gets repeated multiple times with each edit.
