This is weird...

I updated some admin side configs, such as using clean urls. After doing this, I realised that I needed to create a new template set as instructed for clean urls, using the path_info set..

So I went to create a new set, checked enable, and forgot to put in a name. So, I deleted this new template set, which did not appear to cause any problems. However, when I went to create another template set, it wiped my site out!!

This is what it now shows:
Warning: fud_use(/home/username/fudforum-data/include/theme/por1/err.inc): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/username/fudforum-data/include/core.inc on line 70

Warning: fud_use(): Failed opening '/home/username/fudforum-data/include/theme/por1/err.inc' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/username/fudforum-data/include/core.inc on line 70

Warning: main(/home/username/public_html/forums/theme/por1/index.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/username/public_html/forums/index.php on line 1197

Warning: main(/home/username/public_html/forums/theme/por1/index.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/username/public_html/forums/index.php on line 1197

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/username/public_html/forums/theme/por1/index.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/username/public_html/forums/index.php on line 1197

I checked, and sure enough the following were COMPLETELY MISSING!!!

Directory (/theme/) and theme directories/files all deleted:
/home/username/fudforum-data/include/theme/

All contents (themes) deleted from:
/home/username/public_html/forums/theme/

Could it be that deleting a theme with no name deleted all of my themes?!?!?

I managed to restore it from backups, but what a ride!

Yeah, deleting a theme without a name results in the exact type of an error you've described. I've patched the relavent file to:
1) Prevent creation of nameless themes
2) If such theme already exists, do not try to remove any files on disk for it.
