Hello!

After installation FUDforum 2.7.2.,I've got a problem - can't see new forum.
In Test category created forums are visible correct, but after creation new category all forums in test categody disappears.

After that I removed _all_ forums and categories, created new categ. and several forums - all visible ok. After that create another categ - all previously created disappeared.

Where RTFM? Is it a bug? Or smth with /dev/hands? Smile

Thanks for help.

So to replicate what looks to be a problem I need to:

Install a fresh forum and create a new category in it?

Exactly. Pay attention, that after creating new category any forums in base "Test Category" disappears with its catogory.

Not as ADV - "http://aerograph.ru/phpinfo.php" - PHP settings which are used. May be this can help.

Thanks.

PS: Previously I supposed thad russian skin can make fault - not true. BTW - in russian skin I've found small error - while registration progress begins (in COPPA stage passing) order of questions about control date are incorrect - "before" and "after" dates. Fixed in "theme/default/coppa.php"

Ok, here is what I've done:

Install a fresh forum from CVS added new category to the top level.
Went to the front page and still see the test category with the test forum in it.
(can't see a bug)

Then I updated the new category to be a child of the test category, still no bug.

These lines are appears only when I trying view "home" page of forum, resided on my virtual_host. It happens only after I've added new category.

Stupid question - Could it happens if PHP installed not as Apache module?

Not true - this happens (lines in error_log) after adding new category.

Most of these offsets seem awefully high... have you tried running consistency checker?

It is recommended that you run SQL table optimizer after completing the consistency check. To do so click here, keep in mind that this process make take several minutes to perform.

After "click here":

Done: Optimizing forum's SQL tables

Seems to me all OK.

It is. Sad

If You really want to tweak all it, I can give you admin access, but I need some time to cleanup stale DB, installed forum etc. And please provide me you IP (via e-mail i.e.) - admin page hidden by .htaccess.
