For registered users, is there a way for a screen to appear after the user clicks on a forum they are not yet subscribe to offering to subscribe the member to the Forum?

For guests, this screen could thank them for visiting and inform them that while they can view the forum, they can not post until they Register. When they register and view the forum again, the previous screen would pop up offering to subscribe them.
