Sorry to burn up the board with wacky problems on my first few days here, but here's yet another one. This mysterious account approval request appeared:

Login: Anonymous
E-mail: dev@null
Name: Anonymous
Gender: Unspecified
IP Address: 0.0.0.0

Unfortunately, I can't seem to delete the request. Any ideas what's happening here?

Update: Just for grins I approved the request, and sure enough, it created an account for user Anonymous, an account that apparently cannot be deleted, causing great puzzlement.

This is anonymous user place-holder account, I'll look into having it be ignored in approval list.

Now that I've approved it, will that cause any problems? Can it be deleted or disapproved?
