I have tried without luck to found which template file contains the navigation links on top of the forum page like "Members Search FAQ Register Login Home".

any idea which template is it?

I would like to change the alignment of the navigation bar and the titles, FAQ to Q&A or Home to Index, for example. Where is the html to do that?
