Eg: Only Senior Members can read & post

I think it's not possible actually.
I'm afraid to implement this myself.
I would be ok to pay for this feature to be added in next version.

You can pay for a mod to your FUDforum install, and we'd certainly be able to accomodate your request. However, I have no plans to add such a feature to the stock FUDforum.
