Hi,
I would like to ask you if there is any possibility to create forum which will be available and visible only for some special I mean superusers. The main purpose of my question is to create some room for editors (moderators etc.) and no people can see it.

Yes, you can. You use the group permissions system to deny access to all anonymous and registered users and then provide access to the forum to certain registered users that you select.
