Hi,
At first I thought it was my mistake but then I've just seen in the English original that indeed the boardusage.hlp has left out a paragraph. The affected section is that one:

While the heading is there it continues right away with the private messaging system. However the paragraph that should follow up is missing. U also notice it when selecting the links of the index page. both the e-mail link and the pm link lead to the same destination, however the actual pm headline never appears (instead the one of the e-mail section). This should be definitely be fixed before the stable release. Meanwhile I will continue smashing errors in my translation.
