What is supposed to be in the Globals.php file?

Any Examples? How can I tell if my Globals PHP file is messed up or missing something?

That's the case for win32 systems, where due to lack of symlinks GLOBALS.php in the forum's webroot and adm/ dir are actual files that try to open real GLOBALS.php inside the include/ dir.
