I use FUDforum 2.7.4 configurated to "Use SMTP to Send mail".
Message sending normallu works well but when administrator/moderator APPROVE a message it show a blank page whith the message

SD: Invalid SMTP return code: 451 See http://pobox.com/~djb/docs/smtplf.html

Reading the addressed page it seems to be a problem with cr+lf.

Any idea to find a solution?

Haven't seen that problem and the code itself didn't change in ages. Perhaps you can analyze the smtp transmittion between the forum and the SMTP server and let me know which command causes this error message to appear.
