Hi all,
I have looked and looked for a resolution to this but it is now officially doing me head in!
I have copied install.php into a web readable directory and chowned it 666. When I try to access it from a browser I get...
FUDforum can utilize either MySQL PosgreSQL or SQLite database to store it's data, unfortunately, your PHP does not have support for either one. Please install or load the appropriate database extension and then re-run the install script.
Now running php -m shows..
[PHP Modules]

exif

So both mysql and psql are there. Both are running in services so why can they not be seen from install.php? I have tried various ways of ensuring that /usr/bin/php is seen, symlinks, adding #!/usr/bin/php to the install.php script (that seems to just print to the top of the above error btw.
I can talk to mysql from the command line. Any ideas please?
Many thanks
Ian

PHP command line and PHP web could be quite different. Have you tried putting a small script with <?php phpinfo(); ?> inside the web dir and seeing what extensions it reports as enabled?
